Hotdog Ribs

Hotdog Ribs
280 gm bread flour [a mixture]
50 gm flour
50 gm sugar
1 egg grade B-55 gm
1 teaspoon milk powder
1 teaspoon dry Mobiles
VX2 ½ tsp
160 ml water
1 teaspoon salt
25 grams of Crisco / Butter
10 bars hotdog

Cara2:
Knead all ingredients except salt. Knead well and add salt and knead until tender. Marinate briefly for 5 minutes, weighing 50 gm mixing the dough, then see photo number 2 and so on. After completion of all the marinate until it is up to breathe at the surface of its eggs. ((Can be decorated with Mayo, chili sauce or Vegetable mix if like))
Bake in 200 oven for 10-15 minutes DEGREES ...
when out of ovan directly apply butter that looks pretty shiny ... a try (Arek smipan in the refrigerator freezer, wrapped up in foil in a plastic bag)


Tip:
For a ½ to 18 pieces of bread dough ..
Dohnya relatively soft, do not add flour!
